Tin of tuna. (Medium size)
Salt and Pepper/Spices
Crush a handful of crackers into a bowl.
Drain the tuna and put it into a bowl. Add an egg and mix together.
Add seasoning. (I always add chilli flakes to make them spicy.)
Add some of the crushed crackers to the tuna and egg and mix together. Keep adding crackers until you have a mixture which will hold together as patties. You can also add onions/peppers etc if you wish.
Add oil to a frying pan and heat.
Add the tuna patties to the frying pan and keep flipping until they are cooked.
