Boil the lentils until smooth.
Drain any excess water and add the lentils to a bowl.
Add seasoning/spices of your preference.
Add a small amount of flour and mix into the lentils. Repeat with small amounts of flour until you have a paste.
As the mixture is likely to be a bit sticky, to cook the burgers, dollop a spoonful of the mixture into a well oiled frying pan. Let one side cook for thirty seconds or so and then flip over (allowing you to use a spatula to press the mixture into a better burger shape!)
Cook the burgers evenly on both sides until they're a nice colour and feel solid enough to use as a burger!
