Small tin of sweetcorn. (Optional)
Grate the courgettes into a bowl. (If you can, let them drain or dry for a bit after!)
Add the (drained) sweetcorn and seasoning and mix well.
Add a small bit of flour to the mixture and stir. Keep adding flour until the mixture is a consistency that allows you to make patties. (The idea is to use a small amount of flour as possible, to avoid a floury taste. If you can drain the courgettes for a while once grated, you won't need as much flour!
Fry the patties in the frying pan, cook both sides until a golden colour.
